All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the time order is received.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your parcel has left our atelier, so you can follow each step of the shipment.

All orders are shipped with secured parcels per address and regardless of the number of products ordered. We do not provide partial deliveries. The prices vary depending on the country of delivery.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over 70€.

Depending on the country’s laws, some orders may incur a customs and duty fees. Please keep in mind that all import duties, taxes and additional charges are your responsibility. It is recommended to check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs might be prior to purchase.
